We love all of our clients at Lumi Nail Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. REFUNDS

All Services and gift cards are final. No refunds. If you are not satisfied with your service, we offer an adjustment within a 5-day period(excluding color change). We appreciate transparency and the opportunity to fix adjustments within reason.

LATE AND CANCELLATION

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. This will make the appointment time available to someone else.

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
